Ages 3-5 Kids Class
At this age, children like to watch, listen, ask, try new things and put them into practice. They have rich imaginations and are starting to enjoy some independence. On occasions however, many will still need encouragement and support.

Ages 6-9 Kids Class
Children of this age love to play together rather than by themselves. They understand what it means to follow rules and guidelines, but at times may rebel against or reject these. Children of this age learn and absorb information with enthusiasm. They will follow clear rules and boundaries.

Ages 10-13 Kids Class
Learn fundamental functional movements to help with the development of your child as they enter into young adolescence. This will also teach them how to use equipment properly to avoid injury.
Ages 14-17 Teens Class
A tired teenager is a well-behaved teen; get your teens off the street and into the gym.
