Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide made from vegetable starch. Easily digestable and rapidly absorbed with a very high glycemic index (GI), maltodextrin can induce an insulin spike without adding sugar into your diet. It can also provide energy rapidly, great for athletes, best used intra-workout and post workout.
Mix 1 scoop with 250ml of water or juice. Mix or shake until completely dissolved. Consume as required.
