Susan is a lifestyle medicine practitioner, a wellness coach, a corporate speaker and a physical anthropologist. Susan uses her knowledge and experience to take a scientific approach to your training and works with you to examine all aspects of your lifestyle to set you up for optimal health and wellness.

With a Bachelor in Journalism and Social Communication, Vanessa is a vibrant and energetic addition to the team. Always on the go, Tui lives by ‘You can’t do everything, but you can do something’. Though she has almost conquered everything — represented Australia in the Women’s Rugby World cup four times and captained the team to victory. She now plays for the Warringah Ratettes, is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and loves touch footy, stand up paddling and beach walks.
